Critical Terms for Transparency & Partnership
Travel & Expense (T&E): Each package includes a standard travel buffer (coach airfare, mid-range hotel, per diem).
Excess Costs: If travel exceeds this buffer (e.g., international flights or client-specific requirements), the client agrees to cover the difference with receipts provided.
Local Discount: For events within 50 miles of our office, enjoy a 15%–20% discount since the T&E buffer is removed.
Client Booking Option: If the client prefers to book travel directly, we will remove the T&E buffer and only charge the core production fee.
